Project Guidelines & Operational Standards

To ensure the highest level of precision and reliability for your overflow needs, the following standards apply to all H&C Machining LLC projects.

Minimum Job Engagement: $150.00 To maintain industrial-grade quality and meticulous machine prep, we require a $150 minimum for all engagements. This ensures that even the smallest components receive our full professional focus and inspection.

Initial Setup & Programming Fee: $100.00 Every new part geometry requires a dedicated setup. This one-time fee per setup covers custom toolpath generation (CAM), fixture optimization, and the First Article inspection to guarantee your tolerances are met before production begins.

Material Sourcing & Handling We welcome customer-supplied materials to keep your costs streamlined. Alternatively, we can source high-quality materials on your behalf, billed at Cost + 15% to cover procurement and logistics.

Priority & Emergency “Line-Down” Support We understand that manufacturing doesn’t always go to plan. We offer tiered rush services to act as your immediate release valve:

Standard Rush (1-Week Turnaround): +25% Labor Surcharge.

Critical Emergency (48-Hour Turnaround): +50% Labor Surcharge.
